Casa Easy Moraira is our cherished holiday home, available for both short and long-term rentals.
Situated in a Mediterranean paradise, our lovely villa is your perfect escape from the hectic city. The house was thoughtfully designed for the comfort living of six people with brand new furniture and modern details, creating a cozy, homelike atmosphere inside.
The villa offers 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bright living room, and a lovely dining area.

Outside Area
There is a shaded BBQ area outside, along with a private 8x4m pool, sun lounges, and plenty of space for sunbathing. With the south-facing orientation, the property offers sun all day long. Surrounded by mature trees, the villa provides total privacy to the guests, creating a green outdoor setting.
Parking Area
The parking area includes a carport and a garage that are placed near the main entrance to the villa. The second parking area is spacious enough for a big car or a camp van, and it’s conveniently placed near the second entrance to the property.
BBQ Area
A shaded BBQ area is thoughtfully placed right next to the pool and is perfect for organizing gatherings with family and friends poolside. Enjoy delicious BBQ dinners in the evening and lovely outdoor brunches, thanks to the southwest-facing orientation that provides sunlight all day long.
Pool Area
The private swimming pool is 8x4m, has a rectangular shape and a south-facing orientation. Surrounded by the sun terrace, it offers enough space for sunbathing and 6 sun lounges for 6 people. Just picture yourself soaking in this refreshing pool, dissolving in complete relaxation.
Living Room
The living room is bright and inviting, a fireplace in the corner is a thoughtful touch for cozy evenings during the cooler seasons. The room was lovingly decorated with essential details to create a lounge zone for comfort living. The TV broadcasts in English, Spanish, German, and French. The living room is a beloved space for guests to relax after a tiring day outside.
Dining Room
Right behind the entrance there is a bright and spacious dining area. It was tastefully designed with Mediterranean-style details, like charming wooden beams and contemporary touches inspired by the coastal surroundings. The natural light is a key feature of the room, provided by the large windows with blinds for shade and privacy when needed.

The separate, fully equipped kitchen is placed next to the living room. The kitchen features all the new appliances, including a new oven, induction cooking, a large fridge, a coffee machine, a microwave, a toaster, a dishwasher, new utensils, and everything that culinary enthusiasts might need.

The spacious dining room features a table for six people, large windows, and access to the pool terrace through the main entrance to the villa.
Living Room
The living room features comfortable sofas, a log burner, a TV set, air conditioning with hot and cold settings, a lovely chair, and nice coffee tables for having a wonderful time indoors.
Room 1
The double bedroom features a double bed 150x190, a built-in wardrobe, a drawer, air conditioning with hot and cold settings, and brand-new modern furniture for comfortable living. This bedroom shares a bathroom with another bedroom.
Room 2
This double bedroom includes two 90x190 beds that can either be placed together or kept separated. It also features a built-in wardrobe, a drawer, air conditioning with hot and cold settings, and brand-new modern furniture for comfortable living. This bedroom shares a bathroom with another room.
Room 3
This double bedroom features a double bed 150x190, an en-suite bathroom with a shower room and a toilet, a built-in wardrobe, air conditioning with hot and cold settings, and brand-new modern furniture for comfortable living.
Bathroom 1
This is a shared bathroom for two double bedrooms. It features a shower room with tropical shower and a toilet, modern vanity units, and a mirror with the warm, contour lighting.
Bathroom 2
This bathroom is en-suite to the master bedroom. It includes a shower room and a toilet, modern vanity units, and a mirror with the warm, contour lighting.
BBQ Area
The shaded BBQ area offers a table for six people, a BBQ set, and a view over the pool terrace. The BBQ area is conveniently placed right next to the main entrance and a covered dining area for cooler days.

Our charming Villa is located in the area of Moravit, just a short walk from the heart of Moraira with its fabulous selection of restaurants, boutiques, a beautiful port, and magnificent sandy beaches. The location is unbeatable! A golf course is 1,7km away, and in less than a 25-minute walk there is a marvelous Cala Baladrar with its turquoise Mediterranean waters and stunning views of the Peñón de Ifach.

We cherish our home and embrace the local lifestyle while remaining connected to our international roots. We are fluent in English, German, Dutch, and Spanish. We value the diversity of cultures and enjoy a variety of activities such as Traveling, Padel-Tennis, Stand Up Paddling, Hiking and exploring different cuisines.
